REGISTER: Better Bonding (GROUP infant massage series)
Feel supported in bonding with your baby by learning infant massage! Classes are unique way for parents to create special at-home routines through nurturing touch. Learn the many benefits, practice the strokes, read baby’s cues, and make meaningful postpartum connections with local families.

About the series
Schedule:
-Week 1: Get get to know the group, go over the basics & benefits of infant massage; introduce the leg routine.
-Week 2: Review week 1; add tummy/gas & colic routine; add chest strokes.
-Week 3: Review weeks 1-2; add arm routine; add face routines.
-Week 4: Review weeks 1-3; add back routine, adaptations, growing with infant massage; wrap up the series with goodies and a swag bag!
