About the series
Schedule:
-Week 1: Intro Class to meet one another, go over course goals and format, get started, etc.
-Weeks 2-7: Modules 1-6 weekly group sessions to connect, ask questions, enhance learning, do activities, practice skills, etc.
-Week 8: Community Class to wrap up the series, meet and learn from perinatal community experts/supports/services, win prizes, etc.
