GROUP: Best Birth Forward (childbirth education series)
The ability to give birth is innate, but doing so with confidence doesn’t always come easy. This comprehensive 8-week group childbirth education series helps you navigate the vast sea of information in an open and safe space! Your best birth is an empowered birth, however that looks for you.

About the series
-The winter series is best for due months between April and June, but is flexible!
-Group classes are reserved for CBRM families as they include physical resources and in-person sessions.
-A group series is best for those who enjoy connection, enhanced "hands-on" style learning, guidance, accountability, and are seeking a community and extra (local) supports.
-The winter series will be a hybrid of pre-recorded lessons and weekly in-person classes.
-Due to weather unpredictability, sessions may be rescheduled or moved to online as needed.
