WAITLIST: First Aid Foundations (infant & child focus workshop)
Get a strong foundation in infant and child first aid so you can feel confident in an emergency situation. You will learn how to respond with CPR, AED, to choking, medical emergencies (fevers/seizures), minor injuries (wounds/burns), and poisons. Ideal for any parent, caregiver, or grandparent!

About the series
Instructor: EJ Hardy, certified first aid instructor
Host/Organizer: Sarah Landry, certified childbirth educator & Mommy Connections Cape Breton director
Venue: St. John Ambulance, Sydney
Cost: Fee for one person is $50+tax, with a family discount of $40+tax each for 2+ caregivers of the same child(ren).
Details: Snacks/refreshments are provided, and there will be a prize draw at the end.
Note: This is NOT a first aid certification, but an infant/child-specific demonstration workshop.
